Activation & Payment Policy (Effective 25 Oct 2002)

Credit Cards:

We accept Visa / Visa Electron, MasterCard and American Express. There will be NO "surcharges" for credit card transactions. We only accepts Singapore, US and EURO currencies. Credit card payment is now authorised online in real time. You will be informed immediately if your credit card is declined. If declined, you may check the accuracy of the credit card number and expiration date, or choose a different card to try. Your order will be submitted immediately for activation once you completed your online payment.


Cheque / Money Order Payment:

We only accept cheque / money order issued in Singapore. Please write cheque payable to:

IT Works Interactive Pte Ltd

and address it to:

Singapore 609930


Your order will be submitted immediately for activation once we received your cheque payment.


Cash Payment:

We accept cash at our head office only. An official receipt will be issued for cash payment. Please do not send cash by post.


Wire Transfer & Internet Bank Transfer:

We accept wire-transfer from anywhere. After you place your order, details about the wire-transfer process will be e-mailed to you on the second e-mail notification from
finance@iwi.com.sg. If you missed that e-mail, please call our Finance at +65 67201803. Wire-transfer may take 1-2 business days to confirm. It must be confirmed by our bank before we activate your domain name. Once transfer has been completed, please notify Finance by phone or email.
 


The domain name or hardware remain the property of IT Works Interactive Pte Ltd until paid in full. Any legal expense toward collecting bad debts are buyer's responsibility.
